  • Our founder holds a Veterinary Assisting certificate from PIMA Medical Institute and a CVPM designation, with over 15 years of professional pet care experience. We're First Aid trained through the American Red Cross and registered with the state of Washington, ensuring your pet's safety and well-being. Modpetcare also carries comprehensive insurance, providing you with peace of mind.

    Our mobile pet care services bring convenience right to your curb, ensuring your pet receives essential well-care treatments such as toenail trims, ear cleanings, and more, all in the comfort of our fully equipped van.

  • Yes, we require a Meet & Greet before any "Home Care & Adventure Visit" service. This session allows us to meet in person, review your pet's routine, and confirm your account details. We'll discuss security procedures, your pet's needs, and any other essential information to ensure their well-being is fully understood and cared for.

    There is no need for a Meet & Greet prior to mobile care.

  • We specialize in the expert care of cats and dogs. However, our experienced team is also well-equipped and confident in providing excellent care for a variety of pets, including reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, pocket pets and more. Our passion for animals extends across a diverse range of species so please do not hesitate to reach out to inquire about your specific needs.

  • Yes. Per Washington State rule, WAC 246-100-197,: Any owner of a dog, cat, or ferret shall have it vaccinated against rabies and revaccinated following veterinary and vaccine manufacturer instructions.

    Additionally, we highly recommend consulting with your veterinarian to determine which other vaccines are appropriate for your pet's lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best possible protection tailored to their specific needs.

  • Our Home Care visits are tailored to meet your pet's individual needs. During these visits, we ensure your pet is fed, provided with any necessary medication, and given plenty of playtime and companionship. These visits are fully customizable, allowing you to choose the level of care that best suits your pet's routine. It's the perfect solution for busy pet owners who want to ensure their furry friends receive the attention and care they deserve while they’re away.

  • Our all-inclusive Play Care package offers up to three Pop In & Play visits in one day, ensuring your pet receives essential care at home. Each 30-minute visit includes feeding, outdoor breaks, and medication administration, with one visit featuring a complimentary walk for added activity and enjoyment. Scheduled in the morning, afternoon, and evening, Play Care provides consistent care and attention throughout the day, all in the comfort of your pet's own home.

  • Our mobile care service offers essential pet care, including toenail trims, ear cleanings, and more, right from our fully equipped van. We prioritize making pet care as stress-free and convenient as possible, focusing on your pet's health and happiness. We are happy to assist pets of all breeds and sizes, but please ensure your pet can safely enter and exit the van and has the appropriate temperament for the care provided.

  • Currently, we are offering a limited range of services as we refine our processes and grow.

    Our services currently cover the following area codes:

    98335, 98403, 98404, 98406, 98407, 98409, 98412, 98418, 98465, 98466 and 98467.

    If you reside near these areas, we encourage you to contact us. We would be happy to explore the possibility of conducting a trial run in your neighborhood!

  • The first 10 miles are included in the visit cost. For each additional mile beyond 10, a fee of $1 per mile applies, and any applicable toll fees will be added.

  • Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled services.

    • How do I book your services?

    Booking our services is easy! Simply complete your new client registration and begin booking. You can also reach out to us through our website, or contact us via text or email if you need assistance. We'll guide you through the process and ensure you are set up correctly to receive the care your pet deserves.

    1. New Client Registration and Payment Method To begin using our services, you need to complete your new client registration and place a payment method on file. During this process, you will also need to acknowledge and agree to our service agreements. This ensures a seamless transaction process and allows us to confirm bookings promptly.     2. Booking Services: Once you are registered, you can book the desired services through our app or website. We only accept bookings made through these platforms to ensure availability and scheduling accuracy. Your booking will be pending until confirmed by us.     3. Scheduled Service Day: On the scheduled day of service, we will arrive at your location at the designated time. Since we are mobile, we strive to always arrive on time; however, there may be instances that cause slight delays. We will always do our best to communicate clearly.

    4. Service Completion and Notification: Once the services are completed, you will receive a notification via our app, informing you that your pet's care is finished and reminding you to finalize your invoice if it hasn't been done already.

    5. Payment: All invoices are due at the time of service completion. We accept payment through the payment method on file, making the process straightforward and convenient for you. We do not accept cash, checks or any other payment processors like Venmo, Paypal, Zelle etc.
